Delete Your Account

You can delete your Shift account and the data attached to it at any time. Shift is operated by YAVANNA PTE. LTD., Singapore.

Delete from inside the app

The quickest way, if you still have Shift installed:

Open Shift and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your password.

Delete without the app

If you have already removed the app, email us from the address your account uses:

Subject: Delete my Shift account

We use the sending address to identify the account, so please write from the one you signed up with. We aim to action requests within 30 days.

What happens next

Requesting deletion signs you out and starts a 30-day grace period, in case the request was a mistake. We email you to confirm the date your account is scheduled for.

During those 30 days you can simply log back in to cancel — signing in stops the deletion automatically, and you do not need to contact us. After the grace period the account can no longer be accessed and cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Profile details — display name, email address and profile photo
Every logged action, including materials, quantities, weights, notes and timestamps
Photos you uploaded for AI scanning
Your goals, streak history and referral code

What we may keep

We may retain a minimal record where applicable law requires it — for example for accounting, fraud-prevention or audit purposes. Any such record excludes your logged actions, photos and profile details.

Anonymous, aggregated figures that can no longer identify you (such as the community-wide impact totals) may remain, since they contain no personal data.
